Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on Business, no card needed. Starter has a free tier for up to 10 invoices a month.
What counts as an active client?
A client organisation with at least one invoice or statement line processed in the calendar month. Dormant clients cost nothing.
Can I change plans?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next billing date.
Which currencies and VAT?
Billing in USD, MUR or EUR. Mauritius VAT and EU VAT are handled on the invoice according to your registered address.
